Freedome Bradley-BallentineBook a Conversation

Privacy Policy

What this site collects and why.

Effective September 30, 2026

Information you choose to provide

The form asks for your email address and whether you are requesting a free 30-minute consultation or making a general inquiry. You may also provide your organization, the work or decision ahead, where you need support, and preferred meeting times and time zone. Please do not submit confidential materials, passwords, financial information, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information through the form.

Earlier public conversation

The Record was a limited public conversation on this site. It is closed to new posts and reactions. Participants chose stage aliases and avatars; the room did not ask for their real names, email addresses, or organizations. Their approved posts, replies, reaction counts, and posting times may remain accessible until deletion. A stage alias did not guarantee complete anonymity.

The site used a network-derived key to limit rapid posting and repeated reactions. The hosting provider may also have processed ordinary connection information, such as an IP address, to deliver the service. Posts that triggered review rules waited for human moderation; the moderator could approve, decline, or remove a post. To request removal or ask a privacy question, email hello@freedomeconsults.com.

At 10:00 a.m. Eastern on October 8, the room stops displaying posts and starts deleting them from active storage, along with held posts and reactions. Cleanup is scheduled hourly and also runs when someone requests the room after that time. This does not undo screenshots or copies someone else made while the conversation was public.

Booking a consultation

The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com. When you open the booking page and the calendar loads, Cal.com may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. If you book, your name, email address, chosen time, and answers to booking questions are processed by Cal.com so Freedome can arrange the meeting. Cal.com may pass meeting details to the calendar or video service Freedome connects to his account. Please do not put confidential or sensitive material in booking answers. Read Cal.com’s Privacy Policy for its practices.

Zoom consultations, recordings, and notes

Consultations take place on Zoom. If Freedome proposes to record or transcribe a conversation, he will say so before it begins. Recording or transcription will not begin unless everyone present agrees. If you prefer not to be recorded or transcribed, the conversation can proceed without that record. A recording or transcript may be used only to prepare human-reviewed follow-up and may be retained with the related client record if an engagement begins.

Freedome may use a transcription or note-assistance service to prepare internal notes after a consented recording or transcript. The service supports preparation only; Freedome remains responsible for the advice, judgment, scope, and communications he provides.

Technical information

Netlify hosts this site and processes inquiry submissions. Like most hosting providers, it may receive technical information such as an IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps when it delivers the site or processes a form. Fonts are served by this site. LinkedIn and other external sites have their own privacy practices when you follow their links.

Analytics, cookies, and tracking

This site uses Netlify Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits and page use. Netlify derives these measurements from server request logs; the site does not add an analytics cookie or browser analytics script for this purpose. The measurements may include the requested page, time, general location, browser or device information, and referring page. They are used to understand site use and maintain the site, not for targeted advertising. The current Netlify plan makes seven days of analytics available. The site does not use advertising pixels or track visitors across third-party websites.

How information is used

Inquiry information is used to respond to you, understand the work you are considering, determine whether a conversation would be useful, protect the site from abuse, and meet legal obligations. It is not sold or shared for targeted advertising.

When information is shared

Information may be processed by service providers that operate the site and inquiry system, including Netlify, Cal.com, Zoom, and any transcription or note-assistance service Freedome uses. It may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or in connection with a legitimate transfer of the consulting practice. Service providers may use information only under their own contracts and legal obligations.

Retention

An inquiry that does not become a consulting engagement is ordinarily deleted within 12 months. A recording or transcript from a first conversation that does not become an engagement is treated as inquiry information under that same period. If a working relationship begins, relevant correspondence may become part of the client record and follow the retention requirements that apply to that engagement, including contractual, tax, insurance, and legal obligations. Some provider backups and security records may persist for a limited period after deletion.

Your choices

You may ask what inquiry information is held about you, request a correction, or request deletion. Some information may need to be retained when the law or an existing agreement requires it. Send privacy requests to hello@freedomeconsults.com.

Security

Reasonable measures are used to limit access and protect submitted information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, which is why the inquiry form should not be used for confidential or sensitive material.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the site’s services or data practices change. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is published.
